We believe in a holistic approach to housing. We partner with local governments and private developers, using both public and private funding, to build high-quality, mixed income, multi-family developments in opportunity-rich areas.

We believe that traditional housing tools have left behind the missing middle—nurses, teachers, and police officers—people who make too much to qualify for traditional housing assistance but not enough to afford a modest apartment.
